1. These terms and conditions shall be principal governing instrument of use of this website and services offered by ComputerJobs.in. It shall be legally binding on the users agreeing to it. ComputerJobs.in reserves the right to change/amend terms and conditions without prior notice.

2. ComputerJobs.in is privy to no communication/transaction between the job listing company/individuals and any job seeking individual who will enter into any kind of communications or transactions at any stage.

Job Listing

3. The job listing by the Companies/firms/individuals and search by individuals will be absolutely at their own risk. And ComputerJobs.in doesn’t guarantee any job security or shall not be privy to any future dispute between employer and employee.

4. The job listing company/individual shall be responsible that the jobs sought to be advertised on the classified section of ComputerJobs.in are in existence, are genuine and that the job listing company/individual has the authority to advertise for such jobs.

5. The individual/companies shall be responsible with regard to the authenticity of the information provided by the individuals/firms/companies and vice versa.

6. We will not be responsible for any kind of misrepresentation or fraud committed by job listing company/individual or job seeking individual/firm/company at any stage during their contract. At the same time users shall indemnify the ComputerJobs.in for any damage caused or loss incurred out of such acts. In event of Computerjobs.in’s involvement in any such legal dispute, both parties to the dispute will equally indemnify ComputerJobs.in as regards costs.

7. The job listing company or job seeking individual shall be wholly responsible for violation of any provision of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and/or rules, regulations, guidelines, byelaws and notifications made there under, he/it shall alone be responsible for all his acts, deeds and things and that he alone shall be liable for civil and criminal liability there under or under any other law for the time being in force.

8. ComputerJobs.in reserves right to classify the listed jobs. At the same time it shall be absolute discretion of ComputerJobs.in in deciding the period of display of listed job. It reserves the right to change the previously determined period without prior notice.

Job Searching Users

9. The users shall not indulge in any kind of spaming activity which may be harmful to the database of ComputerJobs.in. Any such attempt shall attract legal implications and immediate termination of services. At the same time user shall indemnify the ComputerJobs.in for any damage caused or loss incurred out of such acts.

10. Any person using ComputerJobs.in shall not misuse the contact information provided by the recruiter. In case of violation of this norm the ComputerJobs.in reserves the right to block any individual from using the services.

11. ComputerJobs.in shall not be responsible for any change in place of work subsequent to the contract between parties. It bears no liability on any such claim of loss in such circumstances.

12. Any person using ComputerJobs.in shall use due diligence and be prudent while deciding on any aspect of job as offered on website. The order of listing doesn’t imply quality of work environment, work satisfaction / remuneration or job security.

Subscribers

13. All users shall be assigned password to list jobs. It shall be duty and responsibility of the user to protect password from loss or misuse. Computerjobs.in shall not be liable in any contrary event.

14. ComputerJobs.in reserves the right to charge subscription and / or membership fees in respect of any part, aspect of this Site upon reasonable prior notice. This right includes the right to terminate services of any user at any time on reasonable grounds.

15. Any content posted/uploaded/ by anybody becomes the property of ComputerJobs.in and it shall have the royalty free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such content (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.

16. The subscriber of these services does not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her on the website.

17. All recruiters shall make sure that their mailing service is spam-proof and any incidental damage to any digital data or software out of it does not give rise to any claim against ComputerJobs.in.

Absolutely NO Liability

18. ComputerJobs.in would not be held liable for any loss of data technical or otherwise, information, particulars supplied due to the reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond reasonable control including but not limited to strike, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural calamities.

19. We will not be responsible for any kind of damage to your systems/personal computers/laptops/drives arising out of your access to ComputerJobs.in.

20. ComputerJobs.in shall not be liable for any matter related to third party links and any incidental matters to it.

Miscellaneous

21. Any change/extension/classification is not permissible without extra costs and shall be carried out by only ComputerJobs.in at the request of the job listing company/individual.

22. All these conditions shall also wholly apply to RSS feeds available on ComputerJobs.in. It shall be open to be decided by Computerjobs,in ,whether to limit its use or not.

23. ComputerJobs.in reserves right to refuse any information regarding job details edited by the listing company.

Dispute Resolution

24. All disputes arising out of the use of this site ,communications or transactions between any person and Computerjobs.in will be subject to the laws of India as applicable, and shall be resolved in the court of competent jurisdiction within India.
